| Q) So what do you actually produce ? |
A) We manufacture a range of 2’x2’, 1’x1’, 2’x1’ and hexagonal terrain tiles which are ready to be placed onto the gaming table.
Terrain features include hills, rivers, roads, tracks, lakes, gullys, etc.
We also have a wide range of resin and handmade tabletop accessories for both 15mm and 28mm gaming.

| Q) Will TSS be attending UK shows ? |
A) Yes. We’re booked into a wide selection of shows around the UK so hopefully we’ll be at a venue near you at some point in the not-too-distant future.

| Q) What about shows in Europe ? |
A) We book into Crisis run by the excellent fellows at the Tin Soldiers of Antwerp.
We may also be booking into some of the other European shows. Watch this space for more info.

| Q) Will you still be making custom terrain ? |
A) Yes. We’re more than happy to discuss your requirements about custom built terrain (either tiles or resin).
Drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do. Chances are we'll ask you for a diagram / picture of what you need.

| Q) How long will it take for my terrain to arrive ? |
A) All our terrain is made to order, so please allow 28 days for delivery (usually we're much quicker than this).
Custom terrain may take a little bit longer depending on the nature and quantity requested.

| Q) Can I order tiles for collection at a show ? |
A) Yes. Drop us an email or give us a ring and (providing you give us enough notice) we can bring your order to the show with us.
Obviously if you contact us the day before the show we're unlikely to be able to bring your order with us unless it is comprised of stock items.

| Q) Will your new tiles fit with my existing ones ? |
|
A) Yes. All the tiles we manufacture will conform to the existing TSS standard.
There has been some slight colour variation over the years while TSS was with the previous owner, but we have maintained the colours used when we took over the business.

| Q) Will you ship to Europe, the USA and elsewhere in the world ? |
A) Yes we are happy to ship our tiles and accessories to anywhere in the world - however....
Parcelforce have just introduced a "weight based on size" policy, so a box of tiles which weighs around 4.5Kg is being treated as if it actually weighs over 18Kg.
Smaller orders can be sent via the Post Office, so please email us for a quote before placing your order.

| Q) Will you be expanding the current TSS range ? |
A) Initially we will be working to the current set of tiles on the TSS catalogue, but will be expanding these in the future to include some of the designs suggested by YOU the customer.
If you have a burning desire to see something specific, drop us a line and we’ll take a look.

| Q) Does my local store carry TSS terrain ? |
A) We have a few local gaming stores that are carrying TSS terrain items and the number of interested shops is growing.

| Q) I have a great idea - are you interested ? |
A) We're always interested to hear what you'd like to see either as new tiles or as resin accessories.

| Q) What is your returns policy ? |
A) If you change your mind about any items purchased from TSS, then that isn't a problem providing the items are returned within 7 days of reciept in saleable condition.

| Q) What happens if I sent an order to Simon & Sue at the old TSS address ? |
A) We are in regular contact with Simon and Sue. All orders placed before the company changed hands have been passed across to us, and if any new ones find their way to them in the post they will be forwarding them on to us.
