Sales from our online shop are subject to the following terms and conditions which you are deemed to accept when placing an order.

Retail Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you supply to us, including contact details, is correct. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Delivery

All orders placed with TSS have up to a 28 day turnaround as many items are made to order. All items are despatched via Royal Mail, Parcelforce (48 hour) or other courier, as appropriate.

Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds Sterling. The price you will be asked to pay includes delivery charge. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. We accept payment by PayPal at the online shop (and credit / debit cards via telephone). UK drawn cheques can also be used for orders placed by letter, or phone. You are responsible for any local customs or taxes that you may be charged on import.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order by notifying us no later than 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) following the day you receive the goods. You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price paid (including delivery costs to you) for stock items  but must return the undamaged product to us at your expense. Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and must not damage them.

Items made as special commissions are non-returnable. However if damaged upon receipt (and signed for as such), we will replace said damaged items.

Returns Policy – Faulty Goods

If the goods delivered to you have a manufacturing defect you may return them to us. Any refund offered due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods to us. THESE RETURNS POLICIES DO NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.

Total System Scenic (TSS) products and the totalsystemscenic.com site are protected by copyright and trademarks laws. You must obtain written permission from Total System Scenic or to produce, modify, copy or distribute any of our material for any commercial purposes. You may store information in electric form for the sole purpose of placing an order or corresponding with us.
